Katie was fantastic! She was kind, compassionate and genuinely personable with my elderly parent and myself. She handled everything professionally and efficiently, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. On top of that, her advice was thoughtful and spot-on. I came away from our appointment more informed and wiser about the current housing market. Appraisal and follow up call came in a timely and efficient manner also!! If you’re looking for someone who cares and really knows their stuff, you can’t go wrong with Katie, I truly believe she's a credit to this company!!!
