Absolutely appalling, negligent, untruthful, avoid at all costs. After marketing with DB Roberts and accepting an offer we received no memorandum of sale; made so many phone calls to them over the following weeks to chase up but no-one ever got back to us. No communication or replies whatsoever from the DB Roberts solicitors. After 7 weeks finally discovered that the buyer's listed solicitors had received no contact concerning our house from either DB Roberts or the buyer himself. They should have determined that this buyer was not legitimate within a week or two if they had done their job properly.
