Dan, Lottie and the rest of the team in Stafford took us from valuation to sale in principle in three weeks. Now it’s up to the lawyers and luck, over which no-one has control. DB Roberts work with really good backup contractors - their photographer was superb. Communication is very strong: we were always kept in the loop and viewers were followed up for feedback very quickly. We recommend this agency very strongly.
