We have rented with Belvoir for the past two years. Unfortunately our landlord decided to sell & so we were served a Section 21 notice. This could have been the worst news in the world but with Stacey Robertson holding our hand & doing a brilliant job of communicating between us & the landlord we managed to extend the date a little to allow us time, in this very difficult market to find out perfect home. Once we had moved she continued to work hand to ensure all of our final bills & deposits were handled in good time. She has always made herself available any time we have had any questions & has really looked after our family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience of being evicted. We will always be grateful to Stacey & to Michael (the top boss) who even stepped in to help when things felt really difficult. Should we need a home in the future we wouldn't hesitate to rent through Belvoir again. Thank you ❤️
