The first contact with Sam set the tone, the house listing was well produced and the property was marketed effectively. This has all been backed up by others such as Liam , Harvey and Heidi, who have kept me informed about progress. I also found Ashley James solicitors (recommended by Belvoir) pleasant to deal with. Fees charged are competitive and not excessive for the service provided. I would use Belvoir again and have already recommended them to others.
