Appalling agents, do not

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I put my flat up for let with them and had to consistently chase every agent I was involved with for information about viewings, feedback after viewings, potential tenants and when they might move in etc.. I was lied to about viewings taking place (I'd receive automated texts telling me about legitimate ones but then be told over the phone others were happening when they clearly weren't). I had 2 tenancies supposedly fall through at the last minute with no reason why, after Belvoir had collected their nonrefundable holding fee. I was disrespected and deceived throughout the process, and wasted 6 months of time on these useless agents. Then, to top it off, they claimed to have returned my keys to me through the post and they have now gone missing. Absolutely disgusting treatment.
