Hello Lisa, It is unfortunate that you have taken the time to write this review, I can only presume you are not aware of all of the information. We have done everything we can to assist and help the tenant of the property, we are certainly not trying to take any money that would not be lawfully due. We of course cannot go into detail but providing the tenant consents we would be happy to speak with you and explain the situation. As an agency we have tried to help and your relative is actually in a better position financially then he would have been should we not tried to help.
