I am sorry you have given us a 1* review, I know you were frustrated with the boiler issue.
The boiler code was advising there was not pressure, we would always advise how you can rectify this as it’s the quickest and easiest way, it also does not require an engineer.
We appreciate the key was not working, the landlord was contacted and an engineer sent to you within the same day and this was resolved.
