As a landowner they collect the rent and deal with maintenance issues for me. They usually respond to phone calls promptly. They deal with the tenants and resolve many issues without needing to involve me. I used them to sell a house recently and although there were numerous holdups caused by the buyer, Belvoir dealt with all the issues with patience and professionalism.
