As a tenant of a rented property, I felt the agents were easy to contact, friendly, supportive and professional - Stacey Robertson in particular has been fantastic. Liaising with them for property management and repairs was stress-free. After 3.5 years of living in one of their managed properties, we have recently moved but would happily consider using Belvoir again.
