In 2023 we thought we had found our next and last "forever home", so eagerly got in touch with Belvoir to begin the process. It had been 47 years since I had been in this situation so you can see I was a little worried even nervous and definitely emotional! My fears were completely unnecessary, the staff at Belvoir were very sensitive to my feelings, they took time and care with me and I never at any time felt under any pressure. I felt comfortable, if I needed to ring a few times and never felt it was too stupid a question. All through the process I knew I had made a good choice to allow them to sell my home. Unfortunately I had to take it off the market, the property we wanted accepted a cash buyer. Belvoir staff were very understanding , fully explaining that we were under no obligation, financial or otherwise and that they would gladly help in the future if they could, no pressure to try and get us interested in another property, just commiserations.
