In the end we are going with a property from another agent, but I would like to thank Dan from Prospect Wokingham for his excellent manner (always polite and never patronising) when we viewed 3 properties through him. Dan goes the extra mile to ensure the potential buyer's experience is smooth and stress-free. He is really proactive in suggesting viewings of suitable properties, without being pushy.
