This is a review of Lauren Bastone from Prospect in her role as Property Manager for my property in Wokingham. Lauren is fantastic - she is friendly, professional, proactive, and seems to magically anticipate all of my thoughts and wishes regarding the property. She has handled a situation with the tenants with diplomacy and assuredness, with an excellent resolution.
