Just wanted to drop a note to say a huge thank you to Dan and his team, but notably Matt and Tracey in particular for helping complete the sale of my house. Prospect took over responsibilities from another local estate in Wokingham, who in 4 1/2 months hadn't found me a single buyer. Within a few weeks of changing Prospect had managed to get three offers.
