I've just exchanged contracts on my new home and want to say thanks to the whole Prospect team especially Steph working in the sales & marketing suite for my new property, she had her work cut out with my file and always acted in a professional and knowledgeable way. There were numerous set backs along the course of the sale and purchase and she helped chase important documents and kept the new developer in the loop with any changes and also gave good advice to me when problems did arise.
