I have just exchanged contracts today on my Property in Wiinersh. I thought it would be opportune to share my experience of how Prospect Estate agents managed the Process. First of all l had an initial meeting which was an Honest appraisal of the value of the property and the current market which was a refreshing experience as over the years when l have sold that is not the initial view you get. They then were extremely focused on getting the property seen! So + viewings each viewing was well organised and feed back given. Once a buyer was found they then engaged Bernadette Martin to ensure all parties were aligned and all knew what had to be done and when. I recognise great teams and this was one! I complete on the 16th July

Selling our house turned out to be more stressful than we expected, especially after the offer was accepted. Things got a bit messy with delays and communication gaps between solicitors, but Jay honestly went above and beyond to keep things moving. He wasn’t just chasing our buyers and their solicitors – he was also keeping in touch with our solicitors and even updating our seller’s solicitor to make sure the whole chain stayed on track. Without his persistence and calm attitude, we are not sure it would have gone through as smoothly as it did in the end. Jay and his team were always available, always professional, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. We are really grateful for all the hard work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
