I have just exchanged contracts today on my Property in Wiinersh. I thought it would be opportune to share my experience of how Prospect Estate agents managed the Process. First of all l had an initial meeting which was an Honest appraisal of the value of the property and the current market which was a refreshing experience as over the years when l have sold that is not the initial view you get. They then were extremely focused on getting the property seen! So + viewings each viewing was well organised and feed back given. Once a buyer was found they then engaged Bernadette Martin to ensure all parties were aligned and all knew what had to be done and when. I recognise great teams and this was one! I complete on the 16th July
