We've just completed on our first ever home thanks to Reed Rains Yardley.. we are first time buyers and have pretty much no clue as to how this all works. The entire team have made this entire process as swift and stress-free as possible.. we came into branch after having a negative experience with another agent (ahem!) and Kevin immediately put us at ease. We felt comfortable asking questions and felt as though they did the best they could to enable us to buy; we didn't feel pressured into going with their broker (another agent did this!) and completed within two months of seeing the property-that too with Xmas holidays in between..Fay went above and beyond to communicate with the vendor on our behalf in regards to the finer details of the sale.. honestly I could go on but Kevin, Fay, Nicola and Nicky are assets to the profession!
