It has been a good few years since I last bought and sold a property and I had forgotten how stressful it can be and how important it is to have a good estate agent to guide you and help you a long the way. When I appointed Reeds Rains I, like many others I’m sure, was focused on getting the house sold and not thinking at all about the after sale part which clearly is the most important and the most stressful - getting to completion. The house sold quickly thanks to Roland who was spot on with price and description and made sure I only had serious and appropriate buyers through my door - fantastic approach and service. It meant a happy buyer and seller which is crucial. Then through the selling process, I just don’t think I could have got through it without Fay and Nicole. It’s unbelievable how involved they got and we’re able to deal with all the issues that you just don’t think about. I just can’t praise them enough. They are a great team and Mark has his finger on the pulse always knowing where your sale is at as if you’re the only customer they have. I felt important and that’s a good feeling when you are going through the stress of selling a house. It was a pleasure to pay their invoice and that’s not something I say often. They earned every penny and I can’t recommend them enough.
