Had house viewing booked by Rowland for a property on Charlesbury Crescent in Yardley for Wednesday 28th September. I was told by the owner that the property had been sold on Monday. I recieved no communication by Reeds Rains informing me about this. Thoroughly disappointed and angered by the lack of professionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Hi Adam, I am very sorry to hear about this and understand your frustration totally. We would always try to contact customers to advise of cancelled appointments and I know there were several others that were called to cancel for the same day that your viewing was scheduled(28th), so I can only apologise that somehow you did not receive any contact from us - this is very unusual, so once again I can only apologise.
