Ryan was beyond professional, treated the assessment with integrity and gave us a comprehensive but honest account to his reasoning which made us feel as though we were well informed and handled with dignity. Furthermore he was very respectful of our property and also current in that he explained how adjustments and care is taking if any viewings occur in the current Covid crisis. Ryan was charming and had not made us feel pressured at any point but rather equipped us with the information to help us decide on what decision to make regarding our property. For these reasons we would absolutely go ahead with Prospect in future when selling our property.
