Abigail is an asset to Prospect - I really dislike a 'hard sell' approach but she is so down to earth and genuine, a breath of fresh air in this industry! We are taking our time with looking at our future homes and weighing up our options, so I have really appreciated Abigail going at our pace and being so supportive every step of the way.
