From my very first dealings with Ellie she has shown a great deal of professionalism and enthusiasm. Ellie is well presented and very pleasant to deal with. She followed up quickly to confirm appointments, offered very constructive advice on viewings, was very patient when the viewing overran and has responded promptly to questions that she was unsure of. When I first spoke to Ellie she was very thorough in taking my details and trying to establish what I was looking for. She has a great rapport with people - I saw this today with the interaction she had with the vendors of the house I was viewing.
