We can’t say enough about how excellent the team at Martin & Co have been. Initially, we came to them to start the process to get quotes to refurbish an elderly relative’s flat in Woking. They were very helpful with project managing the requests for quotes, giving advice on what would be expected by someone letting in the area, relevant pricing, yields, etc. Circumstances then changed and we decided to sell. Carmine, Reece and the team were very understanding, and totally supportive and at no point were we made to feel that we’d wasted their time. Then came the task of putting the flat on the market, at a time when interest rates were peaking and it was quickly turning into a buyer’s rather than seller’s market. They were very professional and as helpful in selling as they were in preparing to become letting managers. Each step was as stress-free as they could make it. Being a letting management company they had a pool of clients they could send particulars to, which meant we knew the property wouldn’t sit on for sale signs for a long time.
