The agent is very well organised, the guaranteed rent is paid promptly and routine matters eg gas certificates are dealt with In good time. The agent has tradesmen contacts at reasonable rates who can be called upon to do repairs quickly when required. There is always a professional approach. The Guaranteed Rent scheme costs the landlord more than traditional management only services but for many it will be a price well worth paying for simplicity and peace of mind.
