"I was a tenant with another..."

I was a tenant with another agent before this company took over. I had so many issues with the property that the previous agents dismissed with their 'tough you don't matter attitude' However, when Northwood took over I was treated with respect and any concerns were dealt with professionally. I have recently vacated and I can not fault how well my concerns were met and the end of tenancy was handled. Thank you so much for easing up what is a stressful time when moving!
