My name is Agnes; Belvoir sent their gas man to my flat yesterday to do the annual Gas Safety Check. This was done speedily and satisfactorily. I asked the man, Nick I think it was, to look at the bathroom sink taps as they were constantly dripping. He confirmed new tap-heads were needed. He asked Glynnis at Belvoir's office for permission and having received this, fitted the parts that were luckily in his van. Cannot thank Belvoir enough; always helpful and friendly.
