What appears to be a friendly, professional and efficient service is merely a thin veneer. The truth behind LMS, in particular the Manager, Mr Slack is the opposite. After conducting a handover of the property we were assured that the landlord and LMS were both satisfied and our deposit refund would be with us shortly. Great! Myself and my wife set off to start our new life in Cambereley. Then the problems started! Refund not appearing in account, fictitious damage noticed AFTER handover. Trying to get US to replace knackered old carpets etc. Threatened U.S. With court. Fine! I did my research, travelled all the way back up to Winsford with my distressed wife (just had a miscarriage) Recorded the conversation. Do not trust LMS property!!! Funnily enough after that visit we got our full refund back. LMS also slag off local cleaning companies. Their reputation in Winsford is well known as being dodgy ( ask in any hairdressers, travel agents etc) If you go with LMS expect your deposit to be stolen under a veil of deceit and lies.
