I enlisted the services of Newton Rowe as my second agent as I was keen to identify why my property was not converting to a sale elsewhere. Paul had a look at the original listing and identified two aspects that, in his opinion, weren't quite hitting the mark. One aspect was an error in the Rightmove parameters that meant the original listing wouldn't appear in certain searches... a significant find which potentially opened up more of the searches in the new Newton Rowe listing. Secondly, the professional photos elsewhere (whilst still good) were upstaged by Paul's spectacular efforts as he has trained to conduct the photography himself. You get a much better showcasing when the Founder is personally taking the marketing shots! Hazel was communicative and tenacious in helping steer the transaction across the line and it was pleasing that any inevitable challenges during conveyancing were already presented to me with accompanying solutions.
