Piers was very professional and efficient in sourcing new tenants for us. Communications were good throughout the process and confirmation and tenancy checks were done within the timeframe promised. I would recommend both Piers and Martin & Co (Winchester) to any prospective landlords in the area.

Piers Ollier provided an amazing service by helping me find right property. He listened to feedback on properties I had seen and recommended better suited ones for my needs. I would definitely use Martin & Co again in the future!

***UPDATED*** After a prompt call from Julian out of hours and a swift response from the team at the Martin & Co Winchester this morning our problem was resolved and we are super happy with the outcome and would highly recommend. Thank you again for the great service **** My partner and I recently moved into a “fully furnished flat” or at least that’s what we thought. However upon arrival to the flat it was evident that we were missing items that should have been there. We are missing a TV, a single sofa chair and a table and chairs set. We are also waiting on a response from EnviroAir regarding our faulty extractor fan, we were told by our property manager to just wait for them to call, it’s been nearly a week now. It has now been over a month and is ongoing, and is becoming an increasingly annoying situation. Martin & Co, or rather our property managers (who I will not name and shame), have given little to zero communication throughout this period, despite having used all forms of communication (email, call and going into the branch). One of our property managers didn’t even know we had problems despite having emailed and emailed and called many times before when we went in to ask about it. This whole experience has put unwanted stress on both of us and we both feel very let down and disappointed by Martin & Co especially after having such a good experience in the early stages of this process.

This is by far, the most helpful and sympathetic letting agency I’ve come across with. I profoundly recommend and would speak highly of Mr. Karl Homer, in their Winchester office. This gentleman did not even hesitate to give assistance when no one else would. He will truly go out of his way to help, from the start of my tenancy until the end. Hat off to you, kind sir! I really value and hold in high regard this man’s dedication to his job. Thank you Mr. Karl and Mr Steve for the great service! Seriously, these are the kind of people we hope will multiply tenfold.

Piers has been incredibly helpful in helping us find a student house. Very good communication and answered all our questions whilst reassuring us on any queries and has given us plenty of time to think our choices through! We experienced a problem within our group looking at houses and he has fully supported us and given us more time to try and resolve it so we get to keep the house. Julian Bessey at Martin & Co, Winchester is absolutely amazing. His in depth knowledge of the property market and buy-to-let sector is second to none. He has been incredibly patient with us and our buyers, guiding them to make ideal investment choices. He has sold many properties for us, much quicker and smoother than any other estate agent and at good prices. He has repeatedly succeeded where others have fallen short, I am especially impressed by the care and attention he gives to lower value properties as much as the higher value ones. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
