The worst agents. I have been following up about my deposit but they choose to ignore all my emails. Laura has been taking care of accounts and she’s literally ignored all my emails about the repayment of my deposit. This is what happens after the tenancy ends and you move somewhere else. They don’t really care. The worst experience so far in the UK as an international student.
