Absolutely disgusting company who treat students terribly. You have a professional clean done on move out but this company say it isn't clean and try to claim an extortionate amount for another clean, thankfully my daughter had me and I took this to a deposit dispute and won. I would say all students be warned before renting through this company and if they try to take any of your deposit dispute it, take photos for evidence and keep correspondence from move in to move out
