I would not recommend renting through Martin and Co, from the beginning they've been completely disorganised and seem to be lacking any initiate. When we moved into the property it had been cleaned very poorly, even though it had apparently been cleaned twice professionally, and required us to re-clean it. We were told the property would be unfurnished but upon moving in we found that the property was partly furnished which the letting agent apparently had no knowledge of. The solution was for my partner to spend a whole day dismantling furniture to store it in the attic. They never reply to my emails when I have questioned mould that was written in the inventory and we have been blamed for the mould after an inspection even though I had emailed and queried the mould from the get go. I currently have 4 emails sent to them that have never been replied to. We have also been told off for leaving "clutter" out for a viewing as the house is up for sale after only being given 12 hours notice of the viewing - which is illegal. I've been nothing but disappointed so far and they've caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. We are currently looking to buy and are actively avoiding any houses for sale through Martin and Co because I no longer trust their organisation
