I have phoned the 2 offices 4 times this week about my concerns on not receiving my rent. Only to be told there is no one available at the present and some one will get back to me but they never do. Not impressed. Tony Gooch.

Horrid experience with this deceitful unprofessional and irresponsible ‘company’. Pay the extra few £‘S and go to someone reputable!!

Hi Manoj I’m so sorry you felt that you had to wait to long to get your deposit back... We will work on our processes to make sure that we do better in the future. We found it slightly problematic that you stayed later than your proposed and agreed date to leave your rental property which contributed to us taking longer to return you deposit than normal along with a busy time of the year. So apologies and we’re glad you have it all back and wish you all the best for the future..

My experience with this branch of Ewemove has been one of complete incompetence from start to finish. This began with a bungled transfer from previous estate agent, nobody knew what they were doing. Maintenance requests remained unanswered …
