Efficiency and integrity

Belgarum acted as managing agents for a property of mine for several years. During that time the tenants changed several times - each time Belgarum found new tenants very quickly. Belgarum had to deal with water leaks, wasps, boilers breaking down, white goods being replaced, negligence on the part of the tenants - most of the issues that come up during the life of a property. I always found them extremely helpful, fast and proactive - I had absolute confidence that they were in control of the property and would respond to any issues that arose, and would communicate with me about anything I needed to know quickly and clearly. I have dealt with many managing agents in the past - both as a tenant and as a landlord. Belgarum are head and shoulders above the rest. I recommend them highly.
