Really courteous and efficient service in selling our property

Efficiency and integrity
Belgarum acted as managing agents for a property of mine for several years. During that time the tenants changed several times - each time Belgarum found new tenants very quickly. Belgarum had to deal with water leaks, wasps, boilers breaking down, white goods being replaced, negligence on the part of the tenants - most of the issues that come up during the life of a property. I always found them extremely helpful, fast and proactive - I had absolute confidence that they were in control of the property and would respond to any issues that arose, and would communicate with me about anything I needed to know quickly and clearly. I have dealt with many managing agents in the past - both as a tenant and as a landlord. Belgarum are head and shoulders above the rest. I recommend them highly.

The team were professional and helpful at all times
Buying a house is a stressful time but Paul and Harriet were always on hand and happy to help. Having dealt with other agents we were struck by the speed of response, their thorough approach and total professionalism. Harriet worked incredibly hard and I cant thank her enough for her input. We are now settled in our happy home thanks to Belgarum.

Terrible experience
I was shown around a property. and was very uncomfortably forced to put in an offer in order to have my queries answered. On a second more thorough visit, the agent either didn't know any information about the flat or gave me conflicting information. All around just unfriendly and felt very pressured to put in offers. Certainly was interested in the flat until then.
