This long review is coming from someone who was absolutely dreading selling her very special family home of over 12 years.... but we needed a bigger home! I really didn't need to worry, because when we met Ben at the the first appointment, we were inundated with so much useful information, of the whole process of selling/buying a home from the start to the end, to a point where he said at the end, any questions? I struggled to think of a question! He even gave us a free valuation of our property! Ben booked the photographer (who was amazing and very friendly, keeping his work to a high standard of quality) and gave us really good and useful information on how to set our home up ready for professional photos. Ben booked all the viewings and met the viewers, whilst we were out of the home, which I really liked the idea of, as to not make anyone feel uncomfortable in this process and he, is very clever, knowing which viewers are genuinely interested and not, and for those looking to proceed further with the house sale. Ben kept us informed of each viewer's feedback. No stone was left unturned! Once an offer was made and accepted, the help from Ben certainly didn't end, nor go quiet from there, he was like an agony aunt as well as being a professional estate agent, updating us on progress, queries, with other estate agent, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, and he was always very happy to answer our many questions, throughout the whole process! I remember a time where I was very stressed (nothing to do with Ben) and Ben remained very calm, professional with me and he was always very happy to help to resolve any matters! I think this is also another important factor for me to point out here for readers, personally from me, I am profoundly deaf with x2 digital hearing aids and lipread/speak. Ben's patience with me was outstanding. I had absolutely no worries/concerns with him, in terms of communication, everything was communicated through messages/live transcribe so I didn't miss out on any vital information. Thank you so much Ben, much appreciated! Towards the end of the house sale process, the help from Ben did not end there...I asked him, if he knew of any removal company, he was able to highly recommend a fantastic and friendly removal company, which we booked and nothing got broken or lost, thank you Ben. Unfortunately we did lose our 2 cats at different occasions after the house move and Ben was more than happy to let our buyers know at our old house to look out for our cats! They both returned home safely! Ben, you are highly professional and friendly and an excellent knowledgeable estate agent, you are definitely in my top 5 of highly recommended list of contacts, I only wish I could give you many more than 5 stars for this review as it just doesn't seem enough.
