We have received a marvellous service from the Northwood team. Two years ago we sadly experienced a close family bereavement. We reside in the South East. The Northwood team were amazing they helped us clear the house and refurbish it, using their own contractors all of whom were excellent and very reasonably priced. Northwood then found an excellent tenant for an 18 month period. We decided to sell the property earlier this year which they sold within hours of it hitting the market. The sales service was extremely efficient. The whole experience from mid 2021 until today couldn't have gone better. Even if we had lived within the Wigan area I very much doubt we could have achieved what we have. I would recommend Northwood to anyone whether to rent or sell property. Finally, they are all extremely nice and kind, people you can rely upon.
