Viewing arranged for a rental property on Wednesday, phone call 2 days before saying they'll need to arrange it for Thursday, fair enough. Get a phone call Thursday morning having to cancel the viewing entirely due to an application going through from viewing in the morning , fantasticNegativeResponsiveness

There was no viewing at the property on the morning of your viewing, the application that was accepted by the landlord resulted from a viewing that happened the previous week.
