MHL - Really great service. Friendly, efficient and very professional at low cost..

We have been really impressed by the whole team at MHL, who achieved for us an excellent sale of our property in Winstanley. It would be unfair to pick out individual members of the team, as all who were involved with us gave us such excellent service with efficiency and really friendly attitude. Special mention, though, has to be made of Steve McLoughlin, the Valuer, who took all the photographs and gave us what we considered a top-end estimate as well as very helpful advice. The fact that the first viewing on Day 1 resulted in an offer the next morning at full asking price, shows that his experience really paid off for us. We opted for the fixed price fee which, for us, proved amazing value. We would not hesitate to recommend MHL to anyone selling in the Wigan area. Their professional and courteous service cannot be faulted.
