Terrible...

MHL were recently instructed to market my late fathers property, the initial valuation visit to the property was okay and communication was fine,they even very kindly put me onto a local cleaning company as we lived out of the city who quoted me via MHL for a deep clean of the house...that's when the problems started, I was basically ripped off by MHL and the cleaning company, my conversation with one of the MHL directors ended with her laughing at me and when is suggested I would be seeking a refund from the cleaning company for the lack of work that has been done and telling me that it would never happen, she even had the gall to back the cleaners excuses up despite the fact I had sent them over 25 photos of the items I had issues with.. The photos online were blurred and hard to see and despite having the property on their books for a number of weeks the never erected a board at the property or even ordered one! When I informed her I would be dis-instructing them the nonchalance was raised to new levels, if this is how they treat there clients then its a wonder they have any. Very disappointing as they were highly recommended by a family member who has used them previously.. The girls in the office were good in fairness to them but if that kind of attitude to clients is running through the business at director level then it will find its way into other areas over time..
