Agents don't own the propertys

Please understand agents don't own the propertys. A landlord does they are not responsible for a landlord not paying for works done on there propertys. They are the middle person who take all the complaints on behalf of the landlord so if a property is in bad repair how is it the fault of an agency ? Abit of commonsence here is needed believe you me if agents could sort out straight away repairs don't you think they would do! Bowker always have the interest of tenants and do all they can to help solve any problem but without owning the property there hands are tied to maintenance unless the landlord agrees as its there property.
