I have used Belvoir for both renting and the purchase of a property and they have been brilliant on both sides Katherine on the sales team was very helpful and friendly throughout the purchase and kept me updated regularly throughout, no question or problem was too much for her Alex and Camilla on the lettings team were very thorough and professional and responded usually within an hour to every query or maintenance request we had, they did regular inspections to ensure the property was well maintained and there were no issues that needed to be addressed by the landlord If I were to ever sell or rent out my house again I would definitely go through Belvoir Wigan, they made both renting and buying a house very easy and pleasant despite it usually being a very stressful experience
