After viewing a property with them in Warrington, I expressed keen interest and made several follow-up calls over the course of three days, clearly stating my intention to proceed with the rental. Each time, I was met with the same response: "waiting for landlord decision." Despite my persistence and eagerness to secure the property, I was left in the dark, only to discover via Rightmove that the property had been taken by someone else. Not only did Martim and Co fail to update me on the status of my application, but they also failed to prioritize my interest or even provide basic communication regarding the outcome. This lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism is unacceptable. As a prospective tenant, I expected better treatment and respect from Martin and Co. My experience with them has been nothing short of a waste of time and a complete disregard for customer service. I would strongly advise against using their services to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate estate agent.
