They didn't launch into a sales pitch or make promises. I was nervous about going to market but they were reassuring and I felt my needs were heared by them. I really appreciated how they grouped viewings together, which meant I could organise myself. They work earlier in the morning and later at night than other estate agents, this made getting updates easier and at a convenient time. Within weeks I had a full asking price offer.
