We were incredibly pleased with the service received from Tania when we recently placed our home up for rent. Despite us not being in the UK she managed to find a tenant in a very short time and five days later the process was completed. References, background checks, inventory and contracts all finalised in this time period and despite the quick turnaround at no point did we feel that any corners were cut, and we were confident the process was in safe hands.
