Absolutely incredible service. From start to finish Tania, Carson and the team were so helpful and worked tirelessly with my house sale. I was slightly nervous about going with an estate agent with a different business model at first, but it was the best decision and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future other than Cannon and Co. Great at communication and always on the end of the phone or email if needed, any time of the day ( even from 6am-10pm sometimes!) and I was always kept up to date with any progress, which is what in my opinion makes them so successful. They we’re constantly chasing the solicitors or buyers if needed and when an issue came up the day before completion Tania pushed to resolve it straight away, without her it would have been delayed (which when you’re whole house is packed up isn’t ideal!). They made the whole process of selling my house very stress free, which I didn’t think was possible! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell and will most definitely be using them for any future sales.
