I am currently overseeing the acquisition of eight residential properties in South East Kent for a homelessness charity and the majority of the properties that I have been interested in (and subsequently purchased) have come via Miles & Barr. This is a real testament to the service that they provide and their work ethic - as from the get-go, as soon as I briefed the offices in Thanet and Folkestone about our very specific requirements I have only ever received details of properties that meet this brief. I definitely feel that they are working hard on my behalf to find appropriate properties and in turn this means that I am not having to trawl through pointless emails containing details of properties that don't match the brief, which is so often the case elsewhere. This alone saves me masses of time and has helps me to feel more relaxed about what could be a daunting process. Any subsequent enquiry, viewing and conversation with the sales negotiators in each office has been a joy and I commend the teams for being so warm, friendly, professional and proactive. They have helped steer my searches in the right direction, reduced needless viewings and helped to broker the right negotiations efficiently and effectively in what has been an exceptionally challenging marketplace in the last 6 months.
