I am currently overseeing the acquisition of eight residential properties in South East Kent for a homelessness charity and the majority of the properties that I have been interested in (and subsequently purchased) have come via Miles & Barr. They have helped steer my searches in the right direction, reduced needless viewings and helped to broker the right negotiations efficiently and effectively in what has been an exceptionally challenging marketplace in the last 6 months. Professional, efficient, patient and friendly at all times, even during the pandemic when the whole conveyancing industry has been fraught with delays and challenges.
