Absolutely fantastic experience using Miles and Barr. We brought and sold and have recently exchanged. Everyone I had spoken to or dealt with was very friendly and made me feel like a friend instead of a client. I really appreciated this as it is a very stressful time. From start to finish we felt well looked after. From the initial visit from the Folkestone branch Director, the excellent level of communication and updates from members of the sales team and the liaison with other parties in the chain by the sales progressor once an offer had been accepted, we were confident we were in good hands. Any queries were answered fully and the system of viewings worked seamlessly. It was very apparent the staff worked well together as a team. The problem at my apartment which I sought help in resolving had a fast response and my bathroom was inspected quickly and the remedial action diagnosed. The company undertaking the work fitted in with my movements and did the work on the day I requested and at an early so that I was able to fulfill a hospital appointment in Canterbury. The work was completed to a high standard in a timely manner. I always receive first class service!
